Based in the Charming Fox Valley town of St. Charles, Illinois, Southampton is  a family run design/build company, building one of a kind custom residences throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.  For the past 25 years, Gregory Nutt Sr. and his family (Rose, Greg Jr & Jonathan)  have designed and built over 200 hand crafted custom homes ranging from the beautifully traditional to homes reminiscent of a simpler time.
